Mr. Kaoru Hatayama visited NHK all factories to greeting to all employees in the occasion of taking the position as the new president.
July 1, 2011: Visiting the Suspension Spring Division, Head Office, Bangpoo plant, Samutprakarn province and Banpho plant, Chachoengsao province.
July 4, 2011 : Visiting the Precision Spring Division, Chachoengsao province, and the Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong province.
July 5, 2011 : Finally, visiting the Disk Drive Suspension Division, Chachoengsao province.

In this occasion, Mr. Kaoru Hatayama gave three points of the working policy to all employees carry out to practice as follows;
1.The operators have to keep the client's perspective, and offer good service to customer, which can be expanded the company's business.
2.Treat other's viewpoint carefully to make business moving forward.
3.Every operator should emphasize on the ability of two ways communication between superior, inferior and colleague to make the company growth in advance smoothly.
