NHK SPRING (THAILAND) CO.,LTD., held its annual Monozukuri Innovation Activity for phase 2, 2012

     On February 7, 2013, NHK SPRING (THAILAND) CO.,LTD., held its annual Monozukuri Innovation Activity for phase 2, 2012, in the Conference room, Wellgrow plant. The president Kaoru Hatayama together with the Japanese Management, Thai Management, and Supervisor had joined this activity.

     The aims of this activity are to produce more good quality products with properly cost, and to develop all staff members to their fullest potential. Because NHK SPRING (THAILAND) believes that good human resources may also provide good quality products.

     Finally, President Kaoru Hatayama gave a closing remark at the annual Monozukuri Innovation Activity for phase 2, 2012. For this time, the presentation has been described as easy to understand. Our Monozukuri Innovation Activity can be able to compete with outside company. And the important point is this is a good activity that allows the company to reduce the unnecessary costs and to develop its staff to their full potential.
