Quality Month Activities 2013

     A grand opening ceremony of the Quality Month activities 2013 is held officially on 5 March 2013. It has been honored by the President Kaoru Hatayama and each division's vice president. All the management team of each plant was there to witness the opening ceremony of this event.

     A quality Month activity has been held for 4 consecutive years. This year, it has started from January to the end of March. Some parts of the event have been changed so that we can focus more on employees and to open more opportunity for all employees to participate in the activities.

     In this event, Mr.Jarungchai Pathamajareon, advisor from QDC department gave a report speech regarding the objectives including the details of this event. Then, the president honored the opening speech which has the main idea as follows "Quality is number one. We all have a duty to deliver quality products to consumers around the world to meet there satisfaction. If we look at Monozukuri in the personnel building angle, we emphasize the important of 'Customers always come first' and strives to enhance its ability to produce good quality and affordable products" Therefore, we have to build up potential human resources and maintain efficiency of production lines in order to keep our high quality and leading international standard to be stable forever.

     After the opening speech, President Kaoru Hatayama has held the official opening by solving jigsaw quality puzzle which is the symbol of a quality logo this year.

     In the event, there was also an award ceremony for instance, Logo Contest, Board Contest and Idea Suggestion activity. The event has organized numerous quality exhibitions such as the display of products in each plant including the production process, Board Contest showing the winners in each factory.
