Mr.Taro Umemura extened company policy and operation guidelines in 2014.

      On April 1-3, 2014, Mr.Taro Umemura, President of NHK SPRING (THAILAND) CO., LTD. visited all plants to introduce himself and meet the staff, with the readiness to continue the former president’s policy. He also announced three operation guidelines on the occasion of the appointment of the new president as follow;

1. Determine the work’s purpose and goal clearly
2. Things that will not be changed and things that will be changed
3. Communication or to communicate efficiently

Finally, the president wished the staff and their family all happiness and good health.
