Executive-Level Field Seminar: Organization Development

      On the 5^th and the 6^th September 2015, NHK SPRING (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. had organized an executive field seminar on the topic of organization development, at Siam Bayshore Resort & Spa, Pattaya. Mr. Taro Umemura is the guest of honor who gave an opening speech. The main purpose of this seminar is to enhance knowledge and ability of the executives, which include their understanding of how to develop the organization and career path. The seminar also focuses on the concept and the purpose of Job Rotating System, which is very important to the development of each person. Also, this field seminar offered an opportunity to the executives to meet and share experience with each other.
