NHK SPRING (THAILAND) ongoing to strengthen its employees' potentials

In order to meet the company policy of 2009, NHK SPRING (THAILAND) always keeps developing employees' abilities through many courses by the training center. During January to March 2009 the training center provided various training activities to employees.
There were basic QCDESM+2S program (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Engineering, Safety, Management, Seri and Seton) 4 classes, basic TPS program (TPS; Total Production System) 4 classes, HO-REN-SO program (HO-REN-SO; report, inform) 9 classes, JKK program 1 class, and Key Success Working program 3 classes. Mamoru Jishuken program was also the training for foremen and operators to improve the production efficiency of their production lines. There were nine production lines joined the competition, which was started in 2008. In the final round, the chairman, Mr. Yoshinori Omori, was invited to check four production lines. The Japanese executive, Mr. Minoru Kawai, checked one production line, and a Thai executive, Mr. Samard Supanun, checked four production lines. Finally, the Chain Tensioner line of the Precision Spring division was regarded as the best production line.
