NHK SPRING (THAILAND) provides guidance about how to be a participating member of ISO

         On November 18, 2009, NHK SPRING (THAILAND) was invited by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) to be a representative of the Thai springs manufacturers of National Springs Technical Committee under Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) to present the methods of how to become a Participating Member* of ISO to Japanese electronic parts manufacturers in Thailand.
         This presentation by Mr. Suparb Chitrayanont, the Senior Director of Corporate Administration Division, the representative of the company, would be a comprehensive guideline for the Japanese electronic parts manufacturers to become a Participating Member of International Electro technical Commission (IEC). Accordingly, they could be involved in the creation of international standards for electronic parts products.

* A Participating Member is a member with an obligation to vote on all questions formally submitted for voting within technical committee or subcommittee, and to participate in meetings.
