Our head office is central for all departments and activities. The Service & Sales department ensures ultimate client satisfaction. Research & Development for interiors and suspension products supports client's specification needs with creative vision. In our head office, we have also a centralized base for buying materials and supplies for our plants, as well as overseas for international business.
Moreover there are quality standards centers including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and TS 16949. The head office houses our computer network and oversees our automated manufacturing system.

Suspension Spring Division
Wellgrow Plant, Chachoengsao
We have a world class manufacturing plant in Wellgrow for automotive suspension products which consist of leaf spring, coil spring, stabilizer bar, and torsion bar. Today, most cars manufactured in Thailand are comprised of our suspension products. A technologically advanced production system is used in the making of these parts.
Now, our division is involved in the complete production process from development to testing. We set up the Design and Laboratory Section in 2003, and established a 24 hour network, linking us with NHK SPRING in Japan and group companies in the USA. Through this network, we can share technical data on suspension products used in car models destined for the world market. NHK SPRING (THAILAND) plays an important role in the worldwide business tactics of NHK SPRING group.
Our plant also achieves ISO 14001 certification for clean emissions and minimal environmental impact.

Seat & Interior Division
Bangpoo Plant, Samutprakarn
The Seat & Interior Division has three plants. Bangpoo plant was established in 1990. Here, we produce car interior products which consist of seat, door trim, headlining, sun visor, slide and recliner, spring trunk open, and rear package etc.
Our division set up the Design and Development department in 1980. Since then, we have sent many Thai engineers to Japan to learn more advanced design skills. Now, we can work from design and development to production and testing; the entire process carried out in Thailand.
Because of this independent production system, we can quickly respond to customers' needs. This leads to higher customer satisfaction. The Seat & Interior Division of the company is a pioneer in the complete production process in Thailand.
Bangpoo plant has received many efficiency awards as well as ISO 14001 certification for clean emissions and minimal environmental impact.

Banpho Plant, Chachoengsao
Banpho plant is a new plant which manufactures seats for pick-up trucks. It was established in February 2007.
This plant is a model plant in practicing TPS, or the Total Production System which is based on the Toyota Production System. This system was developed to make the most efficient use of time and space. The philosophy of TPS was introduced to the Seat and Interior Division during the economic crisis. Now, after a challenging process of implementation, this system is running smoothly in the company.
Therefore, Banpho plant has received many efficiency awards as well as ISO 14001 certification for clean emissions and minimal environmental impact.

Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Factory, Rayong
Hemaraj Plant is the third plant of the Seat & Interior Division, located in WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong Province. The plant was expanded from Bangpoo Plant in April 2011 to support car manufacturers in the Eastern zone.
Our main products include car seats and other interior parts. Under our professional production system, we focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Service Standards, while also maintaining high standards of excellence. At the same time, we strive to build trust, satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
Hemaraj Plant has been certified with the IATF 16949 quality standard and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management.

Precision Spring Division
Wellgrow Plant, Chachoengsao
Our division produces precision springs and HDD components. The Precision Spring Division of NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is referred to as "the department store of springs", because we can produce various springs for cars, motorbikes and electric home appliances.
Since 1997, we have also manufactured HDD components, which now make up the largest part of the division's total sales. These components consist of C-rings, HDD covers, wavy washer, HDD coil support, carriage assembly, HSA spacer and top clamp.
The core of HDD cover production is a special die called Kanagata. However, these dies were difficult to produce in Thailand as it required advanced technical know-how and experience. But we sent our engineers to train in Japan and have been designing and producing some HDD dies in Thailand since 1999.
Our plant received ISO 14001 certification for clean emissions and minimal environmental impact.

Disk Drive Suspension Division
Wellgrow Plant, Chachoengsao
As major HDD manufacturers established their production bases in Thailand, our company found that we could develop new business opportunities by expanding our activities to include the production of Disk Drive Suspension, or DDS.
The suspensions composed by flexure, hinge, load beam and base plate with high technology of Semi-Automatic system. A meticulous microscope is used for the visual inspection process.
So our division was set up in January 2006. Then, we started to produce DDS products in August 2006 at Wellgrow plant in order to respond the world class customers.
