"Mamoru" Program at Wellgrow plant starts
The big training project called "Mamoru" or keeping working regulations has started at Wellgrow plant of NHK SPRING (THAILAND) since November, 2007. It aims to encourage employees to follow the work instructions and keep regulations.
Employees including foreman and section managers have cooperated to be trained on lecture, practice and work improvement. The "Mamoru" project will help them work more safely and effectively.
