On September 15-16, 2012, joint seminar between NHK SPRING (THAILAND) board of directors and Labor Union Committees was conducted by President Kaoru Hatayama at Furama Jomtien Beach Hotel.
Joint seminar between the board of directors and Labor Union Committees was about: "Knowing yourself, understanding others, and to be happy working together". The aim of this seminar was to work together to generate possible ways of solving the problems such as communication correlation, misunderstanding each other at any level, and listening to both sides to reduce conflict of misconceptions.
