The Training Center is useful because operators can practice TPS, or Total Production System on a production line model. On a model line, they can rotate to other tasks, such as delivery, production and part control. The first advantage of rotation training is that they will understand other tasks, and how important each task is.
The second advantage is that operators are not limited to work only in their section, so they will understand that everyone plays an important role in the company, and that everyone can help the company to reduce its costs.
