- Started to work in NHK SPRING (THAILAND) in 2005
My name is Pakphum Pianpanasak. I have worked at NHK SRING (THAILAND) for 3 years.
Ifm working as an engineer in the Engineering Section, Precision Spring Division.
My job is to design, do trials, and offer technical support for HDD dies.
I find the working atmosphere here is like a big organization that works systematically.
Yet it is like a big family in that all of us always help each other. Senior staff always supports junior staff, and junior staff will learn from senior staff.
I have twice had the opportunity to be trained in Japan. I went there to have training and work to design and do trials of HDD products. I have three impressions from this experience in Japan. First is Japanese culture, I think Japanese people are hard workers. They have very high responsibility and they are always on time. Second is new working techniques and know-how.
There are things in Japan that we canft find in Thailand, so I can apply this know-how to my work in the company. And the third impression is life experience in a foreign country.
