My name is Praiwan Eakwiboon. I have worked at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) since 2006.
At Engineering Section, I work with tools and dies maintenance. I feel that the working system of the company is quite organized.
At the beginning of 2008, I had a chance to go to Japan for training, around February.
It was 3 months of training. I think the company really gives an opportunity to me because I had been just a new staff of less than 1 year. At the mother company in Japan, I learnt about dies design. It was such a good experience since that was my first time abroad.
I think the experience of training in Japan is useful for me. Before, when I found a problem with some part of the machine, I just threw that part away and replaced a new part. But after I learnt more in Japan, I know how to repair or modify the part which has a problem. It means I improve my way of thinking to solve problems.
Personally, I think NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is an interesting company. The company opens for anybody who wants to work for what they interested in. The appeal point of NHK SPRING (THAILAND)
is welfare. When compared to other companies, we have a very good welfare. The company also gives opportunities to even new graduates who have no working experience. Here, young generations are really welcomed.
