ASSAMAPORN BANYAM
Sales Engineering Department
- Graduated from International Business, Logistics and Transport Department, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University.
- Started to work at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) on September 10, 2007
My name is Assamaporn Banyam, and Bo is my nickname. My job at NHK SPRING (THAILAND)
is to support my boss to coordinate with associations of which the company is a member.
For example, the Thai Auto Parts Manufacturer Association, the Thai Automotive Industry Association, and other organizations relating to the Federation of Thai Industries.
Before working here, I thought that working in a Japanese company would be
very serious and stressful all the time. But I finally found that it's different from
what I thought before. Here, we place importance on the balance of working and playing.
I think that the company gives good opportunities to employees. When there was
a training course that was related to my work, the company let me go to have training
in Japan for two weeks, even though I joined this training on behalf of the Thai Auto Parts
Manufacturer Association. The training was about international standardization of auto parts.
I studied about processes to develop auto parts products to reach international standards.
I feel that NHK SPRING (THAILAND) opens itself for many candidates.
The company doesn't consider only how intelligent you are, high the scores you got were,
or how famous your university is. They also consider other aspects.
For me, NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is a secure company with good environment and
good colleagues. I think these are the main points that make me think it's a good place to work.
The working environment and our colleagues are very important because we have to work here
together every day. So, these are the strengths of NHK SPRING (THAILAND) that make me happy
to work here.
