My name is Siwat Jatupornpimon. I work in the Engineer Section, Precision Spring Division.
My duty is to design hard disk dies, support technical jobs, and test new trial models
of hard disk products. I have found NHK SPRING (THAILAND) gives me a warm and
friendly working atmosphere. I think one of the most important parts of working
in any organization is colleagues. I believe that friendly colleagues make us happy to work.
Here at NHK SPRING (THAILAND), I have nice colleagues not only at my working level, but also chiefs, managers, executives, and operators. For example, when we conducted a test for a new trial model of hard disk, the operators gave very good support even though we had to work together all night and until morning the next day.
In 2008, I got an opportunity to join a training about dies design for four months in Japan.
I learned the Japanese way of working and problem-solving. I found the Japanese people possess
high responsibility, hardworking habits, and good punctuality. They are also very good
team players. My impression towards Japan is the Japanese colleagues welcomed and
supported me for working. Now, I think it is good that the company gives opportunities
for employees to go to trainings abroad because they can apply what they learn
to develop their work at the company.
NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is a secure company which is a leading manufacturer of auto parts and electronic parts. There are very few companies that manage these two kinds of businesses together.
