Pich Pichetsiraprapa
Assistant Chief Engineering Suspension Spring Division
- Graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University
- Started to work at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) in 2004
My name is Pich Pichetsiraprapa, and I am 23. Today, I am an assistant chief of engineering.
My work covers all manufacturing process including manufacturing development, increasing me effectiveness of manufacturing, and manufacturing quality.
I have worked at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) since 2004, so it could be said that I have worked here for 6 years. After graduation, I applied for 3-4 jobs.
After an interview, I found that I liked NHK SPRING (THAILAND) the best. Thus, I decided to work here.
What I like the most at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) are the benefits given by the company such as the medical fees and position fee apart from normal salary.
For me, the most impressive situation was the competition of THCC (THAI ? HINO CO-OPERATION) that I attended.
I felt really impressed because the first time I attended the competition, my colleagues and I won the fourth ranking reward.
Then, my team as well as other staffers from various units joined hands to figure out the weaknesses of our company and come up with solutions
in order to compete next time. Finally, the following year, we were the "champions" of the competition.
That was the first time championship for the Suspension Spring Division.
The strength of NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is the flexibility. For example, last year was the vehicle section experienced the economic crisis;
however, our electrical business helped support the total income of the company. Moreover, the tradition of the company,
especially, 5S- System (Seiri= to clear/ to solve, Seiton= to make it comfortable, Seiso= to make it clean,
Seiketsu = to be healthy and hygiene, and Shitsuke = to do as a habit) is important and which every staff must realize for work.
Finally, for people who want to work with NHK SPRING (THAILAND), the first concern is "adjustment"; we should be adaptable for every change.
Additionally, working at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is very challenging, so you always have an open mind for any new matter.
