The most impressive moment might be my first day of working here. After my first step inside the company, what really impressed me was its atmosphere. People here pleasedly welcomed me. The company executives heartily talked to new staffs. It made me feel that this is the company which gives importance to all staff.
The most obvious things are the stable job, new experiences in working, or even other new experiences beyond working one, for example, company's activities, master of ceremony experience or other ability that I'm good at. All are new learning experiences that I've got from here.
Placing importance to all staff is one of the most outstanding points of NHK such as all welfare and good care of working towards all staff: safety on working, useful activities, etc. Here, we always train our staff many valuable things.
