Responsibility: designing car seats for Nissan models

My name is Pongsakorn Harnwaree. I graduated in Transportation Engineering, Suranaree University of Technology. I am twenty-four years old. Currently I've been working with NHK SPRING (THAILAND) as a design engineer for 1 year, 8 months. My responsibility is designing car seats for Nissan models.
My favorite welfare is health care services which a company provides not only an annual medical health check-up program, but also social security benefits. The company is not just looking after me but my family as well. I think that healthier employees are more productive and engaged at work.
My impression story, during the probation period, I had no work experience, but I have learned a lot of things from my seniors. They have taught me about everything while I was working. And most importantly, they have given me the useful advice that can be applied directly in my daily life.
I've got new experiences outside of a classroom. I've got the chance to train lots of other programs in 3D, 2D, CATIA, and UG. According to training programs mentioned above, I obtain practical knowledge that can be applied to my work right away.
