My name is Surachai Khaengkhan,
33 years old. I have worked with NHK for 11 years. I graduated from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.
I am senior chief of Seat & Interior Division. The design is started by CAD which program we use is Catia V5 and UG. Starting the design with 3D which makes the design as customer requirement, both the strength and any functions in each series. I would like to work with automotive group. I searched on internet to look for that beside of TOYOTA, ISUZU, Mitsubishi and Nissan if there was any company which was the same business, I sent the application to all of them. Finally I got the job at NHK, I was happy.
Welfare is as good as the other company. Medicine welfare is not less than 40,000 baht per year and it is not only for employees but also their families.
The impression with NHK, to be gotten a chance to work in Japan which worked with Japanese, new technology that related with my work and learned Japanese cultures such as punctual and responsible which could bring them to improve myself.
For any students who nearly graduate and look for a job, NHK is a choice among an automotive group. Working type as car maker company, compensation, bonus, welfare of NHK stand in front line of automotive group. It has founded for 50 years so it is sustainable, continued development and expandable for supporting new staffs.
