My name is KriangkraiMoonbida. I am 31 years old. My position is Section Chief of Human Resources and Administrative Facilities. I graduatedin Political Science, majoring in Public Administration, Ramkhamhaeng University. My hometown is Phetchabun. I have worked at NHK Spring (Thailand) for 6 years and 6 monthssince 2006.
My responsible is to oversee regulations of the company welfare and Recruiting Coordination in the Disk Drive Suspension Plant.
NHK Spring (Thailand) is the company that let every employee, regardless what university you graduated from, express their creative ideas in working. So, I decided to work here.
The best favorite thing is medical welfare for employees and their own family. This welfare can help reduce the employees burden. The most important one, employees can receive medical welfare of the partner hospital and the company will be responsible for medical treatment fee.
When the flooding in Thailand occurred in 2001, our company received the notification to countermeasure such situation. Our company prepared for this situation. I saw kindness of the employees in every position. Everyone has unity and loves their own company, so the company can overcome any difficulties.

I also can create idea of working because the company arranges monthly training session for employees in any levels. NHK Spring (Thailand) givesme a good quality of life. I have everything due to the company.
