Responsibility: Overseeing all production section relating to the determined components production plan, administration management as well as implementing production resources in the most efficient way.
My name is Assanai Puangchantuk. I has worked at NHK Spring for nearly 8 years. My current position is Senior Chief of manufacturing section. I graduated from Srinakharinwirot University. Chiang Mai is my hometown.
I am mainly in charge of overall parts manufacturing process according to the determined plan as well as administration management and the most efficient use of production resources.
While I worked at another company, I knew NHK because of a friend who had worked at NHK before. My friend invited me to work here and I was in the decision, wanting to change workplace. Therefore, I had an opportunity to join NHK.
Regarding to provident fund for the future, some other companies deduct 3% or 5% for the fund. Whereas, NHK deducts up to 10% of the employee salary and the company itself supports the fund 11% which is more than deduction of employee part. It is considered that NHK is looking for employees future.
My impression situation is the early period that I worked here. It seems that I have been involved in the history of NHK, from the plant did not have anything until present day. NHK spent only 7 years for making 40 production lines. That is why I was impressed. Moreover, the company has taken good care of the employee. After employees retirement, NHK makes a future plan for us.
Eventually, I want to give congratulations on 50th anniversary of NHK SPRING (THAILAND). If comparing to people age, NHK is getting old. From the past till the present, NHK continually grow up, not only the company itself but also every NHK employees.
