NHK is my first workplace, so I cannot compare to other companies. However, from my experience as trainee, I feel that NHK has team unity. When I have problems, supervisors and seniors always give advice and help solve the problems together.

Personally, l appreciate companyswelfares and benefits. Medical welfare, providing for both staff and their family, is my most favorite thing. It shows that the company places importance on staffs health. If staff have good health, work will be effective.
Moving documents is common work for accounting staff. That day I carried document and went to 7th floor.
Accidentally, the document fell down. Then, a chief executive passed and helped collect all document. It makes me feel that he pays attention to staff.
