My name is Ongard Chailangka. I am 34 years old. I graduated from King Mongkuts Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. My home town is Prae. I am Section Chief and have been worked here for 10 years. In the company, I am in charge of looking after overall computer system and working for the company projects. I firstly do not intend to apply for a job here. As T-NHK Company is near to my house, I apply for the job here. After I have been worked for a while, I feel like here is my own family and I am very happy to work here.
The welfare that I like the most is the welfare for the staffs parents. I think this thing can help promote the family institute, especially gratitude. The impressive situation for me is when my colleague had an accident, the company fully supported and other colleagues was willing to share some money to help him. I think this point is very good, which is relevant to the company slogan "We are in the big family" We take care of each other very well.
The outstanding point of T-NHK, I think, is the ambition to improve. Every year, the president gives the company policy, indicating the plan how to achieve the goal. Each section creates their own way, achieving the goal. I view that it has been the dominant point that make the company prosperous until now. I also appreciate the stability of the company because the company is like our family member, the senior relatives. When we see them grow up and have good health, we are really happy. If the company grows, we, the staff, will have good living conditions.
