Responsibility: To look after the staff in Quality System section
Hello, my name is Yanisa Thongliem. I am 35 years old. I graduated from Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. I was born in Samutprakarn. I am QA Section Chief and responsible for the staff in Quality System section. In my family, father used to work at NHK, so I had seen the working life of NHK staff all the times. I felt that I would like to work at the same workplace as my father did. Therefore, I decided to apply the job here. My most favorite thing is bonus as well as medical welfare. NHK is not only concerned about NHK staff, but the company also provide medical expense for
the staff ´s family member such as their parents and children.
The impressive situation that I saw, not my own story, is that my close friend fainted in the office. Everyone was quickly ready to help her and the first person who came to help is the section manager. I thus feel that regardless of the working position they are, everyone is ready to help colleague who gets in trouble.
In term of working, I have worked here for 15 years. I feel that every staff have good collaboration and work training with each other, regardless of their working position. We never separated ourselves into superior, subordinates, head, or even manager because we work together. Therefore, when one has problem in every matter, we will help and consult each other.
T-NHK has been run for long time until it reached 50th anniversary of foundation. I would like to congrats with the continuous growth of T-NHK, never stop heading forward, and the company will be continually reached 1 century.
