Hello, my name is Pinyo Nakbat. Now I am 34 years old. I graduated from Pathumwan Institute of Technology. I come from Nakhonsawan. My position is Maintenance Engineer and I have been worked here for 5 years 2 months. I am in charge of Machine Maintenance plan for Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Electric Maintenance as well as well as take care of improvement plan, work analysis and machine maintenance. I have known that T-NHK produces automotive parts. Therefore, the company would be stable, having good welfare. I personally think that T-NHK gives staff the opportunity to be promoted.
The most favorite welfare is the medical expense. T-NHK does not support only the staff, but also their family members. You can see that the company places an importance on the health of both staff and their family. Moreover, the situation that I am impressed is when I have worked here; I have a chance to go to Yokoyama Plant in Japan. I learned about the advanced technology and techniques of machine. I feel like T-NHK is a school or university that helps train and teach us. For 50 years anniversary of T-NHK, I am a part of T-NHK which reached half of a century. I am very delightful to be a part of one of the old companies.
