Good Morning, I ´m Suraphan Yongyotrungrueng, aged 27 years old. I graduated from Assumption University with the Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. I am from Bangkok. My responsibility is to summarize and analyze the operation´s result of DDS Plant and overseas debt. I have worked here for 2 years and 5 months.
I decided to work at T-NHK because my work is very challenging. I have to put a lot of efforts into understanding the company´s business, especially DDS work in order to analyze the operation´s result most correctly and precisely.
My favorite welfare is the training courses from in-company and outsiders. These courses help the staff to develop their attitudes and skills which can be implemented into the work and then improve the work more effectively and it can also be utilized in the staff´s daily life as well.
The most impressive situation is when I was newly employed. The structure of accountant team was almost changed. We have to work very hard. Luckily, my accounting senior staffs and colleagues from other sections as well as my supervisor and manager have always supported and given me some advice from the first working day until now. It is such a good support.
The outstanding point of T-NHK is the working system which has been set up the working manual for each section. This manual is easy to understand and enable all staff to rotate their responsibility.
As T-NHK reached 50th year anniversary, I would like to congratulate on this anniversary. We set up the first plant and then expend 6 plants more. Having totally 7 plants can show T-NHK´s stability and the executives´ long vision to invest and expend new ventures
