My name is Weerachat Leknoi. I have been working for NHK SPRING (THAILAND) since 2006.
I work as an engineer who is in charge of dies maintenance in the Maintenance section. I have
found that my colleagues here impress me. They have strong intention to work and always help
each other. I think it's because the working atmosphere here is very friendly.
The factor that interested me in NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is the good welfare and security
of the company. Besides, the company has a long vision to build up the human resources. This means
that the company continuously provides education for employees to develop their abilities.
I had an opportunity to receive training at the mother company in Japan for 3 months.
I went to learn about dies design. Besides learning new knowledge, I had the new experience of
living overseas for the first time in my life.
