Hello, my name is Manop Wongjandi, age 47 years old. I graduated from Sriprachan Methipramuk. Originally, I come from Suphanburi. I have been living in Samutprakan and working as a foreman for 25 years now.
I chose to work at NHK because of the welfare of the company. This welfare concerns our well-beings, which include living cost, medical fee, and tuition fee for our children. We can also claim a medical fee for our parents from both public and private hospitals.
The most impressive incident is that the company appreciates our actions. In 1996, the company sent us to Japan for a 6-month business trip. We anticipated as the workers of a Japanese company. For this, we received both experience and payment.
The main point of NHK is that it uses 5S to improve the company and the TPS system, which helps deliver the products on time. We always commit to the 5S.
We are now proceeding to the expansion of products to the neighboring countries as well.
