Sawasdee krab! My name is Siriwat Boonrin, 36 years old, a Senior Section Chief of QA. I am graduated from King Mongkut?s University of Technology Thonburi. My hometown is Mahasarakramm. I have been working for 11 years in Quality Assurance for Supplier and customers.
When I was a student, my senior at the university recommended me that NHK is a well-known company that grants good welfares and corresponds to our skills.
I?m satisfied with various company?s welfares, for example, NHK provides health care costs and free shuttle bus. In terms of bonus, it depends on the company business profits. Since I start working here, I am pretty satisfied about that. During the past 11 years of working, I am very impressed by NHK that gives me a better living condition, better working skills and knowledge, and experiences that I can adapt into my daily life. For instance, I?ve achieved QVC for both company and customers, received the HINO customer service champion, and become a trainer for QC control of the factory, Baan Pho branch.
Normally, NHK will do QC twice a year. I am one of people who create this activity in Ban Poh. Each group will compete against each other to find the best group to complete in the customer level again.
The strong point of NHK in my opinion is that the reputation and social benefits, including the development of every workers in every level and classes to educate the workers.
For new workers, they can refresh their skills and we taught them the good aspects of our organization. Thus, experience is somewhat essential but not always.
Now I think that NHK has enough potential to work in AEC. The seniors are parts of workers development process and help the workers to be ready for AEC in languages and skills areas.
I would like to invite the fresh graduates and other people to come work at NHK because NHK is a strong organization and high in reputation. We do not have only one kind of product but automobile industry and electronic gadgets also. Therefore, we are strong and we have great social benefits. So please join us.
