Mr. Marudej Wannawohan, 30 years old, graduated with bachelor?s degree of social science from Naresuan University, Phitsanulok. I am originally from Phrayao province. I come to assist the department manager in NHK.
My main duty is in Human Resources department. Mainly, I am responsible for evaluation of staff? work performances. 4 years ago, the automobile industry was highly famous. When I came to see this company, it was a big-sized company, too. At that time, I had no idea about a working system here, but I had seen what they presented through their website.
From company?s activities, benefits and attractive salary offer, it was pretty interesting so I decided to apply to a position here. And then, I got a call for the interview. Overall, on the first time I came to this building for the interview, I can see the friendliness of staff here. I suddenly felt good about this place. Even though it is a Japanese company, it still has Thai-like atmosphere. For example, the brotherhood at work place which makes working environment better and it makes me feel more relieved.
My impression is about the vision. Even though we have different position-level system, we still able to equally talk with people from higher positions, same positions or lower positions. We can always give advice and guide each other. This is one of the best impressions in NHK. I would like to invite new graduates and people who are looking for jobs to consider NHK.
