Sawaddeekrub. My name is Rattanachai Duangkamnoi. I?m 31 years old. I graduated from a Faculty of Engineering at Rajamangala University of Technology ISAN Khonkaen Campus. My hometown is Maha Sarakham. I have been working in the position of Quality Assurance Chief (QA) for a little bit more than 6 years.
My responsibility is to control the quality and make sure that it meets the standard and the client?s conditions. We start the quality control since we got the parts from the suppliers until we deliver the products to the clients. Another responsibility is to manage the problems when something goes wrong and the errors. We will examine those problems and find the solutions. And that could lead to a new process that could keep the quality as how they clients planned.
I got to know about NHK by my friends who recommended that this company is good to work in. They told me how the working structure and the culture are. What motivated me to work here are the fringe benefits and the payment. The company gives high benefit and high payment.
From my point of view, NHK is one of the top companies. NHK is well-established so it is assured that the work is stable e.g. administration work and employees. The company taught us to work like brothers and sisters even though we have worked here for a different amount of time.
The impression that I got from NHK is from working. NHK has a culture of seniority and engagement between the staff and the company. The impression that we can see from the outsiders are the fringe benefits, medication treatments which the company has planned for the employees and the employees? family.
The strong point of NHK is the management with a clear mission on working as a team. We brainstorm together. We work in this company like brothers and sisters. The factory that I am working in produces seats. The seniors will teach me about the standards so the clients are impressed with the products. When I got a higher position like a manager, I could adapt this element to my position. I would like to invite the university students or anyone who is interested to become NHK family because our company has stability and is progressively growing forward.
