My name is Phuchong Sa-ngar. I'm 30 years old. I graduated from the Mechanical
Engineering Department of Faculty of Engineering at Naresuan University.
Now at the Design and Laboratory section, I work for designing and testing spring products.
I think that the working atmosphere at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is like a family.
We always support each other. The company strongly values employee's potential and development.
Employees receive in-house training, out-house training, and also overseas training every year.
Now, this training project has become one of the company's policies.
I had an opportunity to receive training about product design at NHK SPRING in Japan for 1 year. This training aims to respond the future project of the Suspension Spring Division as we want to carry out the design work by ourselves in Thailand.
Apart from the training, I learnt the working style of Japanese staff which is different from Thai style. The Japanese people are punctual and have a strong determination to work.
Another strong point is they are good team workers. I think Thai staff should apply this working system to our work.
