Assistant Chief
I’m Chotiphat Kullawongvit. I graduated from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, faculty of Industrial Engineering. I’m from Bangkok and now my position is Assistant Chief of Quality Assurance, and I have 6 years of experience. My duty is to do quality control on products before exporting to assure quality from both production and post-sale.
I’ve known NHK for a while, since they have application for scholarship student in the campus so I applied and passed the interview. I was the 2nd generation of NHK scholarship student.
What NHK stands out for is their management: their assets, their employees, and in many things to enable us to make products with higher quality in reasonable price; which would help us compete in the markets further.
My impression on NHK Spring is that they’re good company, they don’t only care about profit, but they also care about quality and safety of working life. There is monthly audit that employees are involved. They would inspect factories, offices, driveway, and production line to see if anything is out of ordinary or anything that could possibly be harmful to employees. If they found a mistake, they will always quickly fix it.
There is much experience that I get from NHK Spring. One thing is that they train you to be more expressive and more decisive. They welcome our actions, training us to be more efficient in working. In regarding QA, there are many different experiences from meeting supplier, meeting clients, so I gain more skills for talking with clients and negotiating with suppliers. Therefore, my work could become smoother.
