My name is Mr. Suchart Saeyang, nickname Tar. I am 25 years old.
I graduated from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi,
Faculty of Engineering, majoring in Electrical Engineering.
My hometown is in Tak Province.
I am a full-time employee in the Safety, Health, and Environment Department.
My position is Engineer – Energy Saving (Central Office),
with 2 years of work experience.
I am responsible for overseeing NHK’s overall energy usage.
My duties include summarizing and monitoring monthly energy consumption trends,
whether they are increasing or decreasing, and collaborating with factories
to identify energy losses or unnecessary energy usage.
I also look for opportunities to adopt new technologies that can reduce energy consumption
and replace low-efficiency machinery.
I have always dreamed of working as an electrical engineer
who manages robots used in the automotive industry.
I first learned about NHK through a university announcement about scholarships.
I applied and was awarded a scholarship from NHK,
which gave me the opportunity to intern with the company for 2 months.
After graduation, when NHK opened a position for Engineer – Energy Saving,
I applied and was accepted.
NHK is a large company with strong stability.
Its production process is supported by advanced technologies
that adapt well to modern times.
In terms of employee welfare, NHK offers comprehensive benefits
that cover not only employees themselves but also their families.
I admire that NHK never stops developing.
For example, if we want to learn new skills or study
work processes that could improve our current responsibilities,
the company fully supports us if we dare to propose our ideas.
Personally, I feel that NHK does not see us merely as fresh graduates
without experience. Instead, it gives us the chance to learn,
grow, and develop together with the company.
Although the company follows a typical corporate structure
with executives, supervisors, and subordinates,
I feel like working here is more like being part of a family.
Everyone is supportive, senior colleagues are always willing to give advice,
and we can openly consult with them.
This environment encourages me to confidently share my ideas in my work.
I think it is a very good initiative that the company is conscious of environmental care.
By promoting energy efficiency and environmental conservation,
NHK encourages all employees to take part in responsible energy use.
Reaching carbon neutrality requires cooperation from everyone,
starting with efficient and economical use of energy.
As an NHK employee, I am proud to be part of making the world a better place.
Examples include:
Installing solar rooftops on factory buildings
Switching to 100% LED lighting
Replacing fossil fuels such as diesel or LPG with electricity
Encouraging employees to adopt LED lighting through the CN Dojo experimental station
I would like to invite all young graduates to join NHK
and become part of our efforts to drive the company forward together.
