My name is THIRAWAT JUNTARAPRASIT.
I am 35 years old. I began work at NHK SPRING (THAILAND) in April 2000, so it has been 9 years already.
I work in the Purchasing Department and I'm responsible for supplying machines, equipment, and materials for factory construction.
In my opinion, while working at any position or in any department, we can apply our engineering knowledge to the work. In my work, for example, I have to contact with many sections, such as the production section in factories and suppliers. All of the people whom I talk to are engineers, and I'm an engineer as well. So, we can understand each other.
This is an example to show that whether we are from the TPS (Total Production System), QA (Quality Assurance), or QC (Quality Control) section, engineers can always work well.
The strength of NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is the policy that encourages employees to improve themselves all the time. So, for our way of working, executives let us think independently. When we have problem, everyone in a team will brainstorm to solve the problem. This forms my impression that the staff members here are quite good team players. Our company has the Training Center for employees, and the company also supports external training.
So I think that NHK SPRING (THAILAND) gives employees not only knowledge, but also self-improvement.
