1. Introduce yourself
My name is Miss Nuttawadee Kheawsopa, nickname Pan, and I am 26 years old. I graduated from Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Khon Kaen Campus,
Faculty of Engineering, majoring in Industrial Engineering.
I am originally from Khon Kaen Province.
2. Position / Years of Service
I am a full-time employee in the Design & Development Department at Bangpoo Plant,
holding the position of Staff, with 1 year and 11 months of work experience.
3. Job Responsibilities
I am responsible for following up on Isuzu’s Current Model projects, coordinating with customers,
the factory, and suppliers, as well as preparing drawings and documents for internal distribution.
I also analyze and improve various issues, such as wrinkle problems on seat covers,
and assist my team in designing and testing prototype parts for future models.
4. How did you learn about NHK?
I first learned about NHK through my university when they announced a scholarship program.
I became interested and applied for the scholarship.
After receiving the scholarship, I had the opportunity to visit the factory,
observe various work processes, and complete a 4-month internship
in the Design Department at Bangpoo Plant.
After graduation, there was a job opening for a Design position at Bangpoo Plant,
so I applied and joined the company.
5. What do you think are NHK’s strengths?
NHK is a large and well-established company with highly skilled personnel,
specializing in design, research, and development to meet market and customer demands.
The company integrates new technologies into the manufacturing and quality inspection processes
before delivering high-quality products to customers.

From my first day at NHK, I was impressed by the warm welcome from my colleagues.
Everyone was friendly, supportive, and willing to guide and train me.
I also appreciate that NHK provides various training programs
to enhance employees' knowledge and skills.
7. What has been your experience working with NHK?
Working at NHK has been an excellent experience.
I have had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues in a teamwork-driven environment.
This job has helped me develop my technical skills, including
using design software, presenting projects, and coordinating with different departments.
8. What are your thoughts on NHK’s goal of achieving Carbon Neutrality?
Global warming is becoming an increasingly serious issue that affects various aspects of life.
I believe it is commendable that NHK is actively working to reduce its carbon footprint
through initiatives such as:
Using renewable energy by installing solar panels on factory rooftops
Promoting plastic reduction
Implementing waste segregation for recycling
Reducing paper usage by shifting to electronic document management
These efforts contribute to environmental sustainability.
