Self-Introduction
Hello, my name is Paphawin Wanchai.
My nickname is Beer, and I am 25 years old.
I graduated from Pathumwan Institute of Technology,
Faculty of Engineering, majoring in Electrical Engineering (Energy).
My hometown is Phrae Province.
Position / Length of Service
I am currently an office staff member in the Safety, Health & Environment Department.
My position is Engineer – Energy Saving.
At present, I have been working here for 1 year.
Responsibilities
I am responsible for overseeing the company’s overall energy consumption,
summarizing energy usage data, and analyzing energy consumption trends together
with the factories. I also take part in Energy Loss inspections to identify points of
unnecessary energy loss in the production system in order to improve work efficiency.
In addition, I study and explore new technologies that can support the development and
improvement of energy use in line with the company’s goals in terms of cost,
production, and environmental sustainability.
How did you get to know NHK?
First of all, while I was studying, my institute announced a scholarship program from
NHK. That was when I decided to apply for the scholarship. After receiving it, I had the
opportunity to do an internship at the company, which was a very valuable experience
for me. It allowed me to learn more about NHK’s corporate culture and to see how much
the company cares about developing talented students. That was also the starting point of my journey with NHK.
What do you think are NHK’s strengths?
NHK is a large organization that places great importance on product quality and
maintains world-class production standards, which reflect its expertise and continuous
innovation in manufacturing. In addition, the company values human resource
development, especially by providing employees with up-to-date knowledge and
continuous learning opportunities. NHK also offers stable benefits that extend to
employees’ families.
What impresses you most about NHK?
What impresses me most about NHK is its strong emphasis on workplace safety and
environmental responsibility. These are not just written policies on paper, but things that
the company truly puts into practice and consistently prioritizes.
Your experience working with NHK
Working with NHK has been a very challenging experience for me because the nature
of the job is diverse and requires responsibility in many areas of on-site work. At the
same time, it has been a great opportunity for me to demonstrate my problem-solving
skills, teamwork, and determination to improve myself. I have learned and grown a lot
from real work experience. Moreover, the working atmosphere at NHK is warm and
friendly, like a family. Everyone is given opportunities to learn and is willing to listen to
one another’s opinions, which helps us solve problems smoothly and effectively together.
What do you think about the Carbon Neutral goal?
I believe NHK’s goal of moving toward Carbon Neutrality reflects the company’s long-
term vision and genuine responsibility toward the environment. Nowadays,
environmental issues are no longer just an option, but a necessity that every
organization must take seriously. Personally, I feel proud to have the opportunity to be a
part of this process. Even though my role may be small, I believe that if we all work
together, NHK will certainly be able to achieve this goal.
Invitation to join NHK
I would like to invite anyone who is looking for an opportunity to develop themselves,
including fresh graduates who are seeking new challenges and want to be part of an
organization’s growth, to join the NHK family with us.
