My name is Suwannee Glinmonta. I have worked with NHK SPRING (THAILAND) since 2003 in the Sales Department. My duty is to be as a coordinator between the company and clients. I have to process assigned jobs from clients smoothly and efficiently.
This is my second workplace. When I went to a job fair, I learned that NHK SPRING (THAILAND) provides good welfare and a stable company. I thought a Japanese company would have a strong, standard working system. So, I decided to apply and got a job here. And it is like what I thought. All of colleagues are nice, and my supervisors are very kind and concerned about the staff. They give good advice about work and personal matters.
Most of my good memories are of activities and work with colleagues and supervisors. Our team shares happiness with each other. Even when we have problems with working, we always gather to solve them on time. Everybody is eager to help the team. This is my impression towards the company.
For new graduates who don'ft have any work experience, all of us here are willing to teach them. New staff will be trained by senior staff in their section and they will also learn about other sections'f work in the company in order that they understand the whole picture of the company. NHK SPRING (THAILAND) has its own training center which provides proper training courses for each employee. Trainers are from inside the company and outside. Besides, the company also sends staff to be trained by outside organizations. Employees will receive a training course which is related to their field of work. So, they can apply their knowledge to their work and our abilities.
For new graduates or job seekers, if you are looking for challenging work in an international standard company, I think NHK SPRING (THAILAND) is a good choice.
