My name is Soontaree Tanpisaipaisit, or 'Nueng' for short. I'm 24 years old. Now, I'm working as a sales coordinator in the Precision Spring Division.
I actually graduated from the Food Science department, which is unrelated to my current work. But I like to work with other people using communication skills, and it is especially rewarding for me to work in a big and secure organization. So I decided to apply for this job at NHK SPRING (THAILAND).
What I learned from the university was opposite to my new job here. So, at the beginning I had to adjust myself, and had to learn many new things.
I had to start everything from zero. However, it was my good luck that I had many senior colleagues who always supported me.
I found that everyone here works diligently during working hours. However, they become relaxed and fun when doing activities together.
Working here, I have learned new knowledge and new experiences at my section, as well as other sections.
Besides, I have received opportunities to take training courses from the company and outside organizations.
I also like many of the company's welfare policies, especially medical treatment. Not only do I receive the medical treatment benefits, but so do my family members. It's for the assurance of our health.
