I am currently a full-time employee in the Safety, Health and Environment Department under the Head Office. I hold the position of Safety Officer and have been working for 11 months.

3. Responsibilities
I am responsible for inspecting and improving workplace safety in the factory. This involves gathering feedback from relevant departments and using it to implement systematic improvements.
I also promote health and safety within the organization through various activities to encourage employee awareness and safe behavior.
Additionally, I support customer safety projects such as TCC Safety and THCC Safety to ensure safety compliance with the required standards.

4. How I Learned About NHK
I discovered NHK through a job search website and became particularly interested in the company due to its diverse range of production, including automotive leaf springs, car seats, small spring components, and hard disk drive parts.

I am a full-time employee in the Design & Development Department at Bangpoo Plant,
holding the position of Staff, with 1 year and 11 months of work experience.

3. Job Responsibilities

I am responsible for following up on Isuzu’s Current Model projects, coordinating with customers,
the factory, and suppliers, as well as preparing drawings and documents for internal distribution.
I also analyze and improve various issues, such as wrinkle problems on seat covers,
and assist my team in designing and testing prototype parts for future models.

4. How did you learn about NHK?

I first learned about NHK through my university when they announced a scholarship program.
I became interested and applied for the scholarship.
After receiving the scholarship, I had the opportunity to visit the factory,
observe various work processes, and complete a 4-month internship
in the Design Department at Bangpoo Plant.
After graduation, there was a job opening for a Design position at Bangpoo Plant,
so I applied and joined the company.

5. What do you think are NHK’s strengths?

NHK is a large and well-established company with highly skilled personnel,
specializing in design, research, and development to meet market and customer demands.
The company integrates new technologies into the manufacturing and quality inspection processes
before delivering high-quality products to customers.

From my first day at NHK, I was impressed by the warm welcome from my colleagues.

I am responsible for overseeing NHK’s overall energy usage.
My duties include summarizing and monitoring monthly energy consumption trends,
whether they are increasing or decreasing, and collaborating with factories
to identify energy losses or unnecessary energy usage.
I also look for opportunities to adopt new technologies that can reduce energy consumption
and replace low-efficiency machinery.

4. How I Got to Know NHK

I have always dreamed of working as an electrical engineer
who manages robots used in the automotive industry.
I first learned about NHK through a university announcement about scholarships.
I applied and was awarded a scholarship from NHK,
which gave me the opportunity to intern with the company for 2 months.
After graduation, when NHK opened a position for Engineer – Energy Saving,
I applied and was accepted.

NHK is a large company with strong stability.
Its production process is supported by advanced technologies
that adapt well to modern times.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Patrawan Kaewdee. My nickname is Bell. I am 26 years old. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business Management from Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (First-Class Honors). I also had a chance for an exchange student (one year) in International Liberal Arts Program at Chiba University. And, my native habitat is Bangkok.

Position / Working period 

Now, I am an officer of HRPD section. And, I am Regular Japanese Interpreter of HR department at Head Office. My service year is about 3 years.

Responsibilty

My job is divided in two functions. First, HR jobs. I am mainly responsible for Recruitment jobs: Screening candidates, Interview appointment, New Employee’s orientation. Evaluation jobs are included. I also support many projects that related with Human Resource Development function. In addition, Japanese Interpreter jobs. Interpret in the meeting for Japanese & Thai Management level. Translating documents (such as Announcement, Project’s proposal, etc.) from Japanese to Thai & vice versa. And the other jobs which support Japanese Management level.

How did you get to know NHK?

Working in Automotive industry was my dream. When I was looking for a job, I focused on Car-maker or Automotive parts manufacturing. I decided to apply a job at NHK Spring Thailand as soon as I saw the job post of Japanese interpreter position.

What are the outstanding features of NHK?

The outstanding features of NHK Spring are a big size of company, stable and famous. NHK Spring can adapt to change and survive until present. Besides, giving a lot of benefits and welfare for employee (own) to family.

What is your impression about NHK?

I’m glad to be a part of NHK Spring because I never thought that I have an opportunity to work here. NHK is a company that gives a lot of opportunities for self-development. If we dare to think and dare to do, the company always support. So on, I would like to say that we don't have to be expert or specialize in responsible tasks from the beginning. But we can develop together.

What experiences do you get from working here?

Let's talk about working community at NHK. Even if we are boss and subordinates, but personally, I feel like they are seniors. All seniors in the section will help each other and give advice. It makes that employee can be more creative in their work without being blocked at all. And, I think it’s a very good thing that employee can bring out their potential fully.

I think that's a good thing. We, as employee of NHK, will also be involved in protecting environment. We make a good weather. So, our world is a better place to live. For example, Installation Solar Rooftop of each plant in NHK which use solar energy to replace electric energy.
