Banpho Plant, Chachoengsao
     Banpho plant is a new plant which manufactures seats for pick-up trucks. It was established in February 2007.
     This plant is a model plant in practicing TPS, or the Total Production System which is based on the Toyota Production System. This system was developed to make the most efficient use of time and space. The philosophy of TPS was introduced to the Seat and Interior Division during the economic crisis. Now, after a challenging process of implementation, this system is running smoothly in the company.
      Therefore, Banpho plant has received many efficiency awards as well as ISO 14001 certification for clean emissions and minimal environmental impact.
