Rationale
In each year, T-NHK president introduces the policy to all employees. Then, senior executives adjust the policies as practical ones and share with their junior executives and operators respectively. Those policies should be acknowledged by all senior executives so that they can implement them successfully.
Therefore, to make senior executives understand in the same way, there is the seminar on this issue; they can apply and manage the company effectively and correspondingly.
