1973  April  
- Began production of Auto Seat.
1974  July  
- Conclude the Technical Assistance Agreement of Trimming Parts with NHK Spring Co.,Ltd.
- Began production of Trimming Parts.
1977  August  
- Increased registered capital to 20 million baht. (Increased 10,000 shares)
1978  June  
- Began production of Coil Spring.
1979  April  
- Mr.Shigemi Morita was appointed as the President.
