Thai government trade liberalization in some part and reducing the regulation lead to many car production factory increasing in Thailand. The demand for vehicles in Thailand was increased continuously. NHK Spring (Thailand) began to build a new factory by expanding the production of Seat & Interior to Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Gateway City, while the production of Suspension Spring and Precision Spring went to Wellgrow Industrial Estate.
