The next generation is the hope of the future in Thai society. Receiving proper education, they will become good citizens. Therefore, NHK SPRING (THAILAND) has supported the budget from 2001 to 2003 in order to build a training house at Phufah Development Project in Nan province. This entire project has been conducted under Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

      Phufah Development Project aims to educate village people about natural resources and environment, to develop agricultural and non-agricultural occupations which relate to the local natural resources, and to conserve their local culture, etc.

      In this training center, local young people can learn about nature and environment and get the training how to use natural resources. They will have a better consciousness to protect nature and have the knowledge to produce natural products using local resources for their benefit. We hope that this center will contribute gradually to develop a sustainable society.
